An enjoyable and fragrant chardonnay with hints of fruits from the tropics balanced with the silkiness of vanilla. As far as flavor, it's definitely on the lighter side.

the ideal meal: chilled Trellis chardonnay with a cool crisp avocado and shrimp salad on a lazy summer afternoon. Oh, how I wish winter would end!

Did a search for the Trellis wine I purchased today at Trader Joes, just to see what others were saying before I opened it. Wine Spectator
didn't have a listing. Anyway I googled the wine and your blog came up. I would have sent you an email but I can't find a place on your entire blog where a person would email you. Sad.

Anyway, I thought the wine was not bad.
At the price it was a very good value.

And I like your blog. It's laid out nice with
good visuals. I note you haven't posted
since August. I wish you would test more
wines and post your thoughts. And after
reading your review of Punch Pizza, I sure
would like to visit the Twin Cities soon.

Thanks,
Dan
